About Us

Our goal is to generate attractive returns from a diversified portfolio of projects with long-term, predictable cash flows from new and proven technologies that reduce carbon emissions or increase resilience to climate change.

Our investments will take many forms, including equity, joint ventures, land ownership, lending, or other financing transactions. We will also generate ongoing fees through gain-on-sale securitization transactions, services, and asset management.

Initially, we concentrate on Wind and Hydogen turbines on mainland Europe. 

REEF Limited’s directors combined business careers in engineering, finance, retail, accounting and IT over the last 50 years will enable us to assess and develop the chosen projects in a timely and efficient manner. 

We will readily seek the input of experts in areas outside the scope of the current board and management team.

Mission

We, the owners and directors of Reef Limited recognise the need for private initiative and investment in Renewable Energy and Zero Carbon initiatives using existing and innovative technologies. It cannot all be left to Governments.

Strategy

We make investments that contribute to climate change solutions by providing capital to companies in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other sustainable infrastructure markets.

Social Responsibility

We recognise the obligation of business to contribute in a meaningful way to the global land and ocean clean-up and we plan to support organisations involved this area.
